In l898, a Mr. Grafton was placed at Dunchurch to assist Rev. Cannon, and remained until 1902, then he was replaced by Rev. ‘rJ.H. Laidlaw, who remained until 1901., when once again Magnetawan and Dunchurch were reunited under the leadership of Rev. John Wilson. From 1901. until 1910, the following ministers supplied (but these may not be in the proper order) but were under the leadership of Rev. John Gibson and a lay supply, Mr. Albert Bushel. In 1911 a lay minister supplied Mametawan and Dunchurch. This man was Mr. John Collan who was followed by Rev. A.L. Alton In 1913. He remained until 1915. By this time there was talk of' uniting withstho Presbyterian church and some Joint services had been held with this in mind. For all intent and purposes these two churches were united in 1917. The Methodist seemed to leave all things to the Presbyterian church as we find by reports, "Dunchurch to be supplied." There is a mention of Louis Pickering being, stationed at Dunchurch in 17, 18, 19; However, in 1921, 22 Rev. R.G. Davidson laid the foundation for the new manse at Dunchurch with R. Dingwell assisting. This was on Can. B. in the village. In due time it was finished and the Davidsons moved in. ( see picture below). , BELL' aAsLe " ffHS.
