Many suggestions were put for- ward ranging larger garbage bins to better advertising and promotion. There was also a suggestion that more Trash Bays days occur during the year-~perhaps a day each sea- son. The most popular idea was a deposit-return for fast food cupsfithis, it was felt would definitely keep the trash down.
