Nobleton WI worked with King Township Parks and Recreation Department to assist in ways to improve and beautify green spaces. In 2003, a bench with a plaque honoring the 95th anniversary of Nobleton WI was purchased and installed in Hill Farm Meadow, an open space with great walking paths. Some members planted memorial trees to enhance the tree canopy. Nobleton WI sponsored a speaker, Len Stanley, who encouraged the Township of King to get involved in Communities in Bloom. With a lot of work, the township went on to receive provincial and national top place awards. In 2007, community partners helped WI complete a makeover of the green space at Hwy (Regional Road) 27 and King Road, known locally as Cherry Park. The WI paid for the relocation of a tree, a memorial stone for the Cherry Family and a bench surrounding the new tree.
