He was thrifty. exasperating us when we discovered him reshingling his own roof at age 83, lamenting that they no longer make 30 yr. shingles (sorry Father, they don’t match our siding and we're redoing them). We miss you. In Fathers memory the fatnin has purchased and donated a 5 acre parcel addition to the Petrel Paint Nature Reserve at Red Bay, Sincerest thanks to Alan Stacey of the Nature Conservancy of Canada for their considerable {forts in securing this landfor us.
