Douglas. when Agnes Dorothea Van Woezik became the bride of Harold Joseph Lynch, son of the late James Lynch and the former Loretta Walsh. Agnes, who is the daughter of Anthony Van Woezik and the for- mer Ann Severyn, was given in marriage by her father. She was hwutituiiy dressed in a white acetate lace over net and satin'floor length gown, with long pointed sleeves and an Elizabethan collar. A crown headdress of seed pearls and sequins held her nylon fingertip veil in place. She carried a bouquet of pink roses, lily of the valley and fern. ' Her maid n! honor was her sis- ter, Thea, who wore a yellow net over satin ballerina length dress with matching bolero, mills and headdress, She carried a bouquet of yellow ‘mums and sweet peas. Miss Dorothy Lynch of Ottawa, a sister of the groom. was brides- maid. She wore a ballerina length blue net over latte-ta gown, with matching bolero, headdress and mitts. Miss Lynch carried a bou- quet of yellow mums and sweet peas. The bride's little sister, Mary, was flower girl and wore a pink net over taffeta dress with matching headdress and mitts. The church was beautifully Clem orated‘ in spring flowers. The bride's mother wore a light blue twomiece dress of Viscose and acetate, with matching hat. and white accessories. Her corsage was of red roses. The groom's mother chose a dress of navy blue marquisette silk, and wore light blue accessories and a corsage of red roses. The wedding dinner was served in Hotel Renirew. The happy young couple left on a honeymoon trip to Toronto. Niagara Falls and the Eastern United States, For her going away Costume. the bride chose a beige linen suil dress with green trim. She wore matching hat and gloves and British tan shoes and carried a British’lan purse. A Corsage of red sweetheart roses completed her costume. A wedding reception will be held at the Bayview Pavilion in Cobden June 15. Out of town guests who attend- ed the wedding were Mr. and Mrs. J. P. Lynch. Mr. and Mrs. James Walsh. Herbert Mulligan.
