Home 3 Country, Summer 2000 lee Home-word Bound The Erland Lee (Museum) Home recently got new road signs on the QEW and on several local roads. These blue signs (referred to as Tourism Oriented Directional Signs or 7005) were designed to improve visibility for the Museum and to direct travelers from the major highway to the Home. There are four signs â€" two a the highway and off ramp and two on roads leading to the Lee. This sign is placed leading up the hill to the Museum from High way 8. The signs were paid forcourtesyof the CityofSt‘oney Creek. They represent an in-kind donation to the Museum of $1200. The signs are up for two years starting in January, 2000. me new furnace has been installed at the Lee Home. The Eriand Lee Home Committee wishes to extend a sincere thank you to all who supported this project.
