An. Evening of Fun and Music The Wednesday night session listed on the program as “Mrs. Maltby‘s Surprise" provided an evening of fun and music. The theme was “An Old Fashioned Country Concert" with Mrs. Maltby as director and pianist. Mrs. Harry Brown, dressed in a centennial costume was the Mistress of Ceremonies. The twenty four voice Dufferin South Disâ€" trict Centennial Choir, all Women’s Institute members, Opened the program with such de- lightful numbers as “Dear Hearts and Gentle People“. "There‘s a Long Long Trail“. "Bute tons and Bows" and others. Mrs. Douglas Hilliard and Mrs. Kenneth Chapin, a delegate, were soloists, Mrs. Maitby and Mrs. Roy Taylor delighted the crowd with “Anything You Can Do I Can Do Better." Mrs. MacMillan, a group leader, played the violin, and recitations by Mrs. Taylor. Mrs. Roy Westlake and Mrs. Hermansen reminded the ladies of the old art of elocution.
